There are so many different training programs, diets, DVDs and books that are there to help you to get rid of flabby arms.
Some of these programs are great, while others are completely useless. The thing I hate about fitness “gurus” who create these kinds of programs is that they make everything sound too complicated: they recommend complex training routines, they recommend complex diets and as a result of this normal people who haven’t got degrees in physiology are struggling to keep up.
In this article I want to share with you few tips that will help you to get rid of flabby arms.
First of all the main reason why you’ve got flabby arms is simply because your body fat levels are too high.
I know that this doesn’t sound sexy, but that’s the truth and instead of focusing on how to get rid of body fat from one specific body part – your arms, you need to focus on how to reduce your overall levels of body fat.
The fact is that you cannot get rid of body fat from one specific body part. That is simply impossible.
Secondly when it comes to dieting and training you don’t need to over complicate things. Simply focus on basic eating and training principles and you’ll do just fine.
First of all decrease your daily caloric intake, which basically means that you should start consuming less calories.
Once you’ll create an energy deficit your body will start to look for other sources of energy – fats. As a result of this you’ll start using your fat stores in your arms, belly and other parts of the body as a source of energy.
Secondly you need to focus on increasing your daily energy intake to speed up the whole process.
Focus on simple physical activities like jogging or fast walking and you’ll do just fine.
There’s no need to focus on complicated training programs that are promoted by the fitness gurus.
I’m guessing you don’t want to become a freaky looking bodybuilder or top bikini model. All you want to do is get rid of flabby arms and get in shape.
